No. SD43's grade 6–8 Montessori program is at Scott Creek Middle and Montgomery Middle, and the middle-years Mandarin Bilingual program is at Scott Creek Middle. A family living in Summit's catchment can still apply for either program through SD43's Programs of Choice process in January; seats are allocated by random draw. If you are choosing a home on the Plateau for a program, plan the daily trip to the program school, not to Summit.
Not for Montessori. SD43 lists Hampton Park as an early-entry Montessori (K–5) site, but the program continues at Scott Creek or Montgomery middle schools, and even current Grade 5 Montessori students must apply online. Children already in the program get priority in the draw. If you leave the program, your child attends the regular program at your catchment middle school, which may be Summit depending on the address.
I could not confirm that it does, so I would not buy on Burke Mountain expecting Summit. SD43's Burke Mountain schools information says students living on Burke Mountain are currently enrolled in Port Coquitlam schools while new Burke Mountain schools are planned. Summit sits on Parkway Boulevard on the upper Westwood Plateau. Check any Burke Mountain or Plateau address in the SD43 School Locator before you remove subjects.
Summit publishes parking-lot rules. Drivers stay in the left or right lane, pull as far forward as possible and stay in the vehicle; the centre lane is a no-stopping lane for through traffic.
