Anmore and Belcarra waterfront is rare and expensive. Coquitlam buyers access Indian Arm by car within 20-30 minutes (Belcarra access). The scuba sites along Indian Arm — Whytecliff, Croker Island, Cates Park area — are among the most-dived in BC.
