If you want a vertical, urban Coquitlam lifestyle with extensive amenities and a central SkyTrain location, Onni's portfolio is the deepest in the city. If you want a quiet, family-oriented, owner-occupied building with low rental ratios, Polygon's Windsor Gate is probably a better fit. Neither is wrong — they just serve different buyers.
